What an awesome comic describing something I’ve liked to talk about so much in the past. Orwell was right to fear. The world had just experienced the true pains of fascism and the soviet union was an ominous, growing threat. That could have been our future, but we avoided. What Huxley predicted much earlier was a possible future that we will always be at risk of entering. He grasped what our true human flaws were and it’s terrifying.
